Pharmacy-drug-issuance

At ESIC Model Hospital, Bapunagar, the patient is directed towards Medicine Dispensary at Ground floor after the Doctor writes prescription in OPD. The Pharmacist of drug dispensary checks the medicines written in Dhanwantari Module and issue the medicine to patient. If any medicine is not available, the same is procured through Local Purchase / RC, looking into urgency of the requirement.

The ESIC Model Hospital, Bapunagar has also started the process for Home delivery of Drug services for the patients having chronic diseases, so that patient does not have to visit hospital again for getting his regular medicines.

  • 1. Login into CPGRAM
  • 2. In section "Grievance Detail" select "Others/Not Listed/Not Known"
  • 3. In the "Ministry/Department" Drop Down Select ESIC
  • 4. In "Subordinate Department/Office" select the Regional Office
  • 5. Provide details of the complaint
