Aaa Services

The ESIC Headquarters Office has launched the AAA+ app, allowing insured persons (IPs) to book OPD consultations directly. IPs with AAA+ appointments do not need to wait in queue for case registration at Case Registration counter. They can receive priority in the OPD at the relevant department as per below mentioned process:-

AAA+ Process

1. Download AAA+ Application on your mobile device

2. Fill your details

3. Book your online appointment 

4. Generate Checkin

5. Go to the relevant OPD

6. Show your appointment details to Security Guard

7. Consultation with Doctor

  • 4. "Subordinate Department/Office" में क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय का चयन करें
  • 5. शिकायत का विवरण दें .

Instructions

You are being directed to CPGRAM website. You would be asked to Register with CPGRAM if not already registered. Registered users can login directly using their CPGRAM user ID and password.

  • 1. Login into CPGRAM
  • 2. In section "Grievance Detail" select "Others/Not Listed/Not Known"
  • 3. In the "Ministry/Department" Drop Down Select ESIC
  • 4. In "Subordinate Department/Office" select the Regional Office
  • 5. Provide details of the complaint
